François Dion
Physical Chemist – Expert in Molecular Modeling and Simulation
Welcome to my professional website. I am François Dion, a physical chemist specializing in molecular modeling and simulation of physical phenomena under intense laser fields. With several years of experience in applied research and the development of scientific software, I have worked in high-tech environments, notably in defense and advanced research.
About Me
With a strong scientific background, I earned a Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry from Université Laval, where I developed code to study the quantum dynamics of molecules in intense laser fields. My career is distinguished by an interdisciplinary approach that combines theoretical chemistry, numerical simulation, and software development. Passionate about solving complex problems, I apply my expertise to innovative projects ranging from fundamental research to industrial and defense applications.
